Do you require an independent O.T report?

We are able to offer a joint assessment with an Occupational Therapist, giving you an In-depth detailed assessment of your condition, provide a comprehensive analysis of the difficulties you are experiencing and offer recommendations in order for you to remain as independent as possible. (Chargeable Service)
